1) Cancellation within a fixed period after you book

Please feel free to contact us if we can come to an agreement in our email address info@realrent.al. RENT AND EXPLORE ALBANIA does not issue refunds after the booking so please contact us beforehand if you need any info or you have made a mistake in your booking so we can sort it out at our number +355695434570 or email info@realrent.al.

2) Cancellation in the last moments

You won’t get any refund if you cancel at the moment your rental is due to start (or, in some cases, on the day of pick-up), or if you cancel once the pick-up time has passed.

3) Not getting the correct service as booked on the website

You will get an instant refund or ASAP if both the party’s do not come up to an agreement.

Old Policy

1) Cancellation within a fixed period after you book

You’ll get all your money back if you cancel within 2 weeks of booking your car with the right reason. Normally it would be a month in advance but please feel free to contact us if we can come to an agreement in our email address info@realrent.al.

2) Cancellation in the last moments

You won’t get any refund if you cancel at the moment your rental is due to start (or, in some cases, on the day of pick-up), or if you cancel once the pick-up time has passed.

3) Not getting the correct service as booked on the website

You will get an instant refund or ASAP within the working day if both the party’s do not come up to an agreement
